How it works ?
For all birth boxes: Â
You choose your products and add them to the basket. Once your purchase is made, I will contact you by email so that we can choose the fabrics together according to your preferences (colors, patterns and available stock)
What if my order is urgent?
Do you need your order quickly? All you have to do is let me know when we make contact so that I can place your order as a priority.
Otherwise you can, if you prefer, contact me via the "Contact me" module before finalizing your order so that I can confirm whether or not I can fulfill your order for the desired date.
What are the holdups ?
It depends on the number of products ordered, their complexity, etc. It can range from a few days to 2 or 3 weeks. I will give you an estimate of the time when we make contact.
What is your return policy ?
Items must be returned new in their original packaging, unused and clean. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the items.
The return of the article must be notified to me within the deadlines by email at contact@mylittledoe.com
You should ship the product back within the time frame mentioned above. Within the same period, you should inform me of your right by email at contact@mylittledoe.com.
Item(s) that have not been used or damaged must be returned to the following address:
